Returns
We understand that there are times you might not like your product, and we offer a 30 day window to return your product for a refund if in unused and perfect condition. If you would like to return your item, there is a $20 restocking fee, but you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us, In order To get refunded you must contact us at info@leatherbagsgallery.com before returning the item for return instructions
Exchange
in order to exchange a product please contact us at info@leatherbagsgallery.com and we will process the exchange a 15 dollars restocking fee may apply
Defected
If you find your order is defective you need to contact us at info@leatherbagsgallery.com with photos of the product (no need to return the item) we will immediately send out a new bag
Not as described or wrong bag
If you find your order is defective you need to contact us at info@leatherbagsgallery.com with photos of the product we will provide a return shipping label once it’s tracking we will ship a new bag immediately

Therefore if you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately will send a request by the processing department but we can't guarantee however you can always return the order once you received
